In der Geschichte spielte die Verh\u00fcttung von Eisen zu Stahl eine gro\u00dfe Rolle &#8211; auch heute noch.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden AL-Gruppen von Herrn H\u00fcther und Herrn Nieder machten sich deshalb am vergangenen Montag auf den Weg ins sch\u00f6ne Saarland. Das UNESCO Weltkulturerbe V\u00f6lklinger H\u00fctte vermittelt eindrucksvoll und lebendig die Geschichte der Eisenindustrie. Das Werk war \u00fcber 100 Jahre in Betrieb und wurde 1986 stillgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Besichtigung der Hochofengruppe muss man einen Helm tragen und etliche Stufen besteigen. Schlussendlich wird man mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht belohnt.
