August unterzogen sich die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler der 10. Klasse einer Kompetenzanalyse.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Die\u00a0Kompetenzanalyse Profil AC\u00a0ist ein erprobtes und bew\u00e4hrtes Assessment-Center-Verfahren zur Ermittlung der individuellen \u00fcberfachlichen und berufsbezogenen Kompetenzen sowie der Studien- und Berufsinteressen von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Nordringschule hat sich als Pilotschule beworben. In den vergangenen Monaten wurden die Lehrkr\u00e4fte Frau B\u00fchler, Frau Hild-Grudnio, Frau Fu\u00df, Herr H\u00fcther und Herr Nieder entsprechend geschult. Diese f\u00fchrten nun zum ersten Mal mit Unterst\u00fctzung des CJD die Kompetenzanalyse eigenverantwortlich durch.<\/p>\n<p>Verschiedene Aufgaben hatten die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler an einem kompletten Schultag zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Dazu geh\u00f6rten neben einem Konzentrationstest am PC auch etliche \u00dcbungen in Einzel- oder Gruppenarbeit.
